📋 Description

  • Design, implement, and manage Sierra’s global benefits programs.
  • Cover health plans, retirement, wellness, leaves, and local benefits.
  • Partner with People, Finance, Legal for strategy and country expansions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and brokers across U.S., EMEA, APAC.
  • Serve as trusted advisor on benefits, leaves, eligibility, and policy.
  • Build scalable systems, reporting, and documentation using data.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in global benefits or related People function.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. and international benefits across regions.
  • Vendor/broker/renewal management; negotiate and benchmark.
  • Excellent communication; explain complex benefits clearly.
  • Systems thinker with PM skills; HRIS, ben-admin, payroll integrations.
  • Experience supporting global expansion and entity setup.
