🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in global benefits or related People function.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. and international benefits across regions.
- Vendor/broker/renewal management; negotiate and benchmark.
- Excellent communication; explain complex benefits clearly.
- Systems thinker with PM skills; HRIS, ben-admin, payroll integrations.
- Experience supporting global expansion and entity setup.
