- Primary contact and SME for LOA processes, policies, and employee support.
- Partner with U.S. and Canada LOA admins for global coordination.
- Ensure accurate leave tracking, documentation, and reporting across systems.
- Support accommodations and return-to-work planning.
π― Requirements
- 4β7+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave of absence administration.
- Strong experience managing LOA programs across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
- Deep working knowledge of U.S. leave and benefits regulations (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA).
- Experience with compliance processes such as audits, NDT, or regulatory filings.
- Exposure to or experience supporting international benefits programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
