  • Experience managing LOA across multiple regions.
  • Deep knowledge of US leave/benefits regs (FMLA/ADA/ERISA/ACA).
  • Experience with audits, NDT, or regulatory filings.
  • Exposure to international benefits programs.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
