📋 Description

  • Define and lead Pigment's GSI strategy and joint plans.
  • Build executive relationships with top GSIs (Deloitte, EY, PwC, Accenture).
  • Establish and own joint business plans with multi-year targets.
  • Drive GTM strategy to accelerate pipeline and deal closures.
  • Lead governance with GSIs (executive steering, QBRs, performance reviews).
  • Scale partner-enabled revenue with repeatable industry solutions and services.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in alliances, partner ecosystems, enterprise SaaS sales, or consulting with GSIs.
  • Proven track record building and scaling Global partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Deep understanding of GSI operating models—how they sell, deliver, and scale globally.
  • Prior experience leading within top-tier GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC).
  • Strong leadership in geographically distributed teams, in a player/coach model.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence with C-suite exposure.
  • Experience building global industry solutions and joint offerings with partners.
  • Experience presenting business cases and leading discussions with Global 2000 executives.
