Global Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Review and enter all A/P invoices (domestic and international)
• Upload and pay open A/P via banks and ACH
• Review and approve POs in Zip that feed into NetSuite
• Review and approve expense reports in Raydoo that feed into NetSuite
• Review and approve Navan travel bills
• Reconcile company credit cards and post timely into NetSuite

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent (3+ years in A/P) in Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Previous experience with international accounts payable
• Knowledge bill.com or equivalent systems
• Accurate expense coding, high volume invoices
• Problem solving skills
