🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in senior/global enterprise sales (insurance).
  • Proven track record growing large global accounts and meeting quota.
  • Renewal management, strategic/global expansion, long-cycle sales.
  • Navigate complex global orgs; multi-country negotiations with legal/procurement/executive leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; English fluency; willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication and executive engagement; SFDC proficiency.
