  • Own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts with NRR and expansion targets.
  • Act as post-sale executive relationship owner across IT, platform teams, and C-suite.
  • Develop and execute account plans linking customer objectives to Upbound capabilities.
  • Lead renewals and upsell negotiations with Legal, Finance, and CS.
  • Drive platform adoption with Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and CS to deliver value.
  • Represent Upbound at QBRs, EBRs, conferences, and on-site visits.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years managing global enterprise accounts with growth and expansion.
  • Experience with complex multi-stakeholder Fortune 500 or large tech clients at VP/C-level.
  • Background in cloud/infrastructure/platform tooling; credible with engineers.
  • Ability to build account plans tying outcomes to product value and growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen; lead renewals and negotiations; navigate procurement cycles.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and value-based selling for post-sale expansion.
