You should have
- 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
- 2+ years in full-cycle, quota-carrying sales (prospect to close)
- Obsessed with client happiness; you succeed when clients succeed
- Competitive, creative drive to win deals
- Proven ability to run a structured sales process
- Successful at building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships
- Curious, proactive in client discovery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills (virtual/in-person)
- Fast learner with strong work ethic; aim to be top 5% salesperson
