Oversee family programming: parenting, education, wellness, and community building.
Ensure services align with CalAIM requirements and contracts.
Develop and review family care plans for Medi-Cal members.
Refine operational workflows to support program operations.
Manage the program budget and monitor monthly spend-down.
Collaborate across FRC leadership to integrate services and improve impact.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or related field; or 5 years' exp.
2+ years program management, staff supervision, and operations.
Strong child development and family systems knowledge.
Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.
Experience serving homeless families or those with complex needs.
Knowledge of supervisory and program management practices.

🎁 Benefits

Salary: 70,000–75,000 USD per year.
Full-time exempt; occasional evenings, holidays, and weekends.
