Associate Recruiter, Engineering (Europe Focus)
Location: Estonia (Tartu or Tallinn) - Hybrid
Are you a dynamic and people-focused talent enthusiast ready to fuel the growth of a fast-paced, innovative company? We're looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specifically focused on finding and attracting world-class Engineering talent across Europe. If you have a passion for selling a vision and a knack for creating exceptional candidate experiences, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do: The Role
As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling our engineering teams in key European markets. Your focus will be on the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to successful offer negotiation.
Own the Candidate Pipeline: Proactively source, engage, and nurture a diverse pipeline of top-tier Software Engineers across all experience levels (mid-level to senior/leadership).
Be a Brand Ambassador: Partner with our marketing team to promote our career opportunities and culture, representing the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences (virtual and in-person).
Drive the Hiring Process: Manage a seamless and positive end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely communication.
Operational Excellence: Continuously iterate and improve our engineering hiring strategies, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional interviewer and candidate experience.
Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with hiring managers to define roles, understand team needs, and develop effective, market-specific sourcing strategies.
What You'll Bring: Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical roles. (We're adjusting the range to better align with an "Associate" title, but still seeking proven ability.)
Technical Focus: Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring Software Engineers or other highly technical roles.
European Market Insight: A foundational understanding of recruiting within the competitive European tech landscape and comfort with cross-cultural communication.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate our company's value proposition and vision to prospective candidates.
Mindset: Highly organized, results-driven, and autonomous. You take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: A natural team player who builds strong relationships with peers, hiring managers, and candidates alike.
Bonus Points
Global Hiring: Direct experience with international hiring, including an understanding of European employment laws or relocation processes.
Tools & Tech: Experience leveraging recruiting tools like Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., boolean, market mapping).
Cultural Fit: Are you a creative thinker or have a passion outside of work? We value diverse talents—if you play an instrument or love music, you'll fit right in with our culture!
