Drive monthly and quarterly close for multiple EMEA entities
Manage daily accounting activities: payroll, cash, fixed assets, leases, intercompany, accruals
Execute balance sheet reconciliations and SOX compliance
Collaborate with external accounting service providers
Design and implement scalable efficiency solutions; participate in projects
Based in Budapest, support accounting for 1,800 employees across 22 European countries

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of progressive accounting experience in MNC/public accounting with GL focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture
Experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline is an advantage
