Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
Prepare and post monthly journal entries per US GAAP.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
Prepare and analyze monthly flux and variance explanations for assigned accounts.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong US GAAP knowledge and core accounting principles.
Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas.
Intercompany accounting experience; multi-currency a plus; NetSuite preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
