📋 Description

• Lead design on platform experiences across the product.
• Partner cross-functionally with PMs and Eng managers to shape priorities.
• Elevate craft with strong interaction design and systems thinking.
• Contribute to Pajamas design system by identifying reusable patterns.
• Mentor and support other designers to raise team craft.
• Ground work in research with usability studies and problem validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead design on complex, ambiguous projects needing cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work, from problem framing through shipped solutions.
• Experience mentoring designers and elevating team craft.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills–ability to present work, articulate rationale, and facilitate alignment.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering.
