🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of Workday administration across key modules
- Strong integration/automation using Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs
- Proven ability to build executive-grade Workday reports and dashboards
- Experience with AI/ML in HRIS: Workday Illuminate or conversational AI
- Systems thinking mindset: plan for data dependencies and compliance
- Agile, bi-weekly sprints; remote collaboration across time zones
