πŸ“‹ Description

  • Take ownership of partner-led sales across AMER; align to pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and grow relationships with strategic partners (SIs, SPs, MSPs, AWS/Google).
  • Design and execute joint business plans with partners (account mapping, GTM, governance) to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Engage with GitLab AEs/ASMs and regional sales leaders to integrate partners into the sales cycle.
  • Analyze and report partner performance and ecosystem pipeline; provide forecasts and insights to leadership.
  • Identify and support regional demand generation with partners (co-selling, co-marketing, cloud motions).

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in B2B tech sales through strategic partners (SIs, SPs, MSPs, hyperscalers) in software dev tools or ALM.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline and revenue via joint GTM plans, partner mapping, and co-selling.
  • Strong AMER cloud market knowledge; trusted advisor to partners and GitLab field sales.
  • Experience selling open source or similar technical solutions in complex B2B cycles with both tech and business stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with Salesforce (or similar) to forecast and track partner-sourced/influenced pipeline; communicate impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; present to senior audiences and lead QBRs; travel up to 50%.
