- Drive partner-led pipeline and revenue via joint GTM plans, partner mapping, and co-selling.
- Strong AMER cloud market knowledge; trusted advisor to partners and GitLab field sales.
- Experience selling open source or similar technical solutions in complex B2B cycles with both tech and business stakeholders.
- Data-driven with Salesforce (or similar) to forecast and track partner-sourced/influenced pipeline; communicate impact.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; present to senior audiences and lead QBRs; travel up to 50%.
