🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years using Esri GIS to map, analyze, and build web apps.
• 3+ years mentoring and coaching teams.
• Deep ArcGIS knowledge for AEC and environmental consulting.
• Broad ArcGIS IT context: hardware, software, networking, security.
• Technical consulting and conceptual solution design experience.
• Active participation in sales processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically/internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, or related field.
