GIS Industry Solutions Specialist - Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)

📋 Description

• Partner with AEC Manager and teams to drive construction strategy.
• Develop and publish construction content (webinars, case studies) showing GIS impact.
• Collaborate with contractors and engineers to share customer success stories with measurable outcomes.
• Support Esri at construction events by organizing sessions and networking.
• Build and nurture the AEC community via online platforms, partners, and user groups.
• Provide insights on market trends and digital delivery standards (ISO 19650, openBIM, digital twins).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in construction or AEC, esp. PM, digital delivery, VDC/BIM, or field ops.
• Experience with preconstruction, design coordination, logistics, progress tracking, asset turnover.
• GIS integrates with CAD, BIM, and field apps to support digital construction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills translating tech concepts to business value.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced env.
• Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving, and passion for innovation in construction tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, GIS, or related discipline.
