🎯 Requirements

- Understanding of construction workflows: preconstruction, design, logistics.
- GIS with CAD/BIM and field apps for digital delivery.
- Strong communication/presentation translating tech to business value.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction mgmt, civil eng, GIS, or related.
