The Role

We’re looking for an inspired creative designer to join us as our foundational design hire in the US. You’ll play a pivotal role in the branding and marketing of new enterprise connectivity products, which shape the way the working world connects. You’ll also work closely with America’s biggest consumer brands and apps, crafting assets that support their journey with Gigs from first touch to consumer launch.

What You Will Do
  • Design high-impact marketing and sales materials in a variety of formats, working with well-known tech brands.
  • Consistently elevate Gigs’ brand across all Growth channels, formats, and verticals.
  • Collaborate directly with a variety of stakeholders to translate big ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
  • Balance multiple projects each week, often with tight turnaround times.
  • Create templates and systems to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong motion design skills (e.g. After Effects) and ability to bring assets to life.
  • Experience with 3D software (e.g. Blender) for custom visuals is nice to have.
  • Experience working with a website CMS and/or email design tools is also highly valued.
  • 3+ years agency experience preferred, showcasing resilience and adaptability across diverse fast-moving projects.
  • Proven track record on larger design initiatives (e.g. rebranding campaigns, product launches).
  • Fintech industry familiarity is beneficial; mobile and web UI understanding is a plus.
  • Inspired, craft-focused designer who values quality and creativity. You believe AI is nowhere close to taking your job, but you leverage whatever tools you can to increase your efficiency.
  • Comfortable iterating quickly, with resilience to feedback cycles.
  • Strong communicator, skilled at uncovering the real needs behind requests and thinking beyond the brief.
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload independently, building templates and systems as you go.
  • Energized by every project, strong positive growth mindset and curious in the face of challenges.
