Gigamon Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and sustain Gigamon GigaVUE HC-3, T-Series, HD-Series.
• Administer GigaVUE Fabric Manager for policy, mapping, and load balancing.
• Integrate Gigamon outputs with DIA SIEM, IDS/IPS, and full-packet capture.
• Ensure RMF, ICD 503, and DISA STIG compliance across deployments.
• Deliver enriched traffic feeds to analytics platforms for threat hunting.
• Support SOC and ISSM/ISSO during incident response with packet data across SIPRNET/JWICS/coalition networks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years hands-on network engineering in DoD/IC environments.
• Deploying/operating Gigamon appliances (GigaVUE HC/T-Series/HD-Series).
• Design/troubleshoot IP networks: BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, segmentation.
• DoD/IC classified environments including SIPRNET/JWICS; document topologies as-built diagrams.
• GFM and Gigamon CLI; TAP/SPAN dedup; SIEM (Splunk/ArcSight).
• DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP certs; TS/SCI with CI poly; degree.
