📋 Description

  • Develop tailored account plans aligning client objectives with our marketplace to maximize value
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders; primary client contact

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (a plus)
  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or related roles
  • Experience in retail, managed marketplaces, ecommerce, excess inventory solutions, or supply chain management (a plus)
  • Comfort with software technology and quickly adopting new features
  • Analytical, strong communication and negotiation; proficient in CRM software (HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, client-focused; able to work independently and in a collaborative team

🎁 Benefits

  • Base compensation $85,000–$95,000; eligible for incentive commission
