🎯 Requirements

- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or related roles
- Experience in retail, managed marketplaces, ecommerce, excess inventory solutions, or supply chain management (a plus)
- Comfort with software technology and quickly adopting new features
- Analytical, strong communication and negotiation; proficient in CRM software (HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, client-focused; able to work independently and in a collaborative team
🎁 Benefits
- Base compensation $85,000–$95,000; eligible for incentive commission
