Title: Senior Product Manager - AI

Reporting to: Senior Director, Product ManagementLocation: Bengaluru (Bangalore)

Opportunity:

Get Well is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager - AI to define and drive the next generation of healthcare AI products. In this role, you will leverage deep expertise in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, HIE), business analytics, and AI technologies to create data-driven solutions that improve care delivery, reduce costs, and enhance patient and provider experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, clinical experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to build AI-first healthcare products that are transformative, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.

This role requires a unique combination of strategic vision, technical expertise, and customer empathy to translate complex healthcare workflows and emerging AI technologies into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-First Product Strategy

  • Envision, strategize, and define requirements for AI-first healthcare products that leverage enriched, vectorized data and embeddings using healthcare standard interfaces such as HL7, FHIR, HIE, etc. 
  • Collaborate with SVP of AI and AI engineering teams to operationalize advanced AI/ML models into healthcare workflows.
  • Drive the roadmap for AI-enabled decision support, personalization, and predictive analytics capabilities.

Business Analytics & Insights

  • Define and prioritize business analytics requirements for healthcare products, ensuring measurable outcomes for providers, payers, and patients.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to understand reporting and analytics needs, translating them into robust dashboards, KPIs, and insight-generation tools.
  • Ensure that analytics solutions align with regulatory standards while enabling actionable insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Senior Leadership, engineering, UX, and clinical teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement plans for data and AI products.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and ensure that real-world healthcare challenges inform all product decisions.

Operational Excellence & Leadership

  • Define KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and impact of data and AI products.
  • Champion best practices in product management, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor product team members in data and AI domains, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in product management or product development, with at least 5+ years focused on healthcare data platforms, interoperability, or AI-driven products.
  • Domain Expertise:
    • Proven experience with HL7, FHIR, HIE, and healthcare interoperability standards.
    • Strong background in defining business analytics requirements for healthcare products.
    • Deep understa nding of data enrichment, vectorization, and embeddings for GenAI, AI/ML applications.
  • Analytics:
    • Experience in leveraging analytics data stores (like Snowflake, Databricks) to define and develop measurable outcomes for providers, payers, and patients.
    • Understanding BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • AI & Emerging Technologies:
    • Track record of envisioning, strategizing, and launching AI-first healthcare products that leverage advanced data engineering, GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities.
    • Awareness of embeddings & vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) to accomplish semantic search, personalization, predictions, etc.
    • Expertise in defining Generative AI & LLM use cases and validating them for accuracy
  • Technical Background: Computer science background is highly desirable; ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on architecture and implementation decisions.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with proven ability to bridge clinical, technical, and business perspectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, payer/provider markets, regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), and compliance standards.
  • Drive: Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ambitious goals.
