About the Product & Engineering Team

The GetScale Product & Engineering team is a group of builders that get excited about designing the platforms that power our world class customer acquisition engine. Working across a wide range of product & data technologies, they love building products, providing insightful analysis and solving hard problems to drive impact across the business.

About the Role

Join our team to build the world's best AI-powered agents, starting with SMS & Voice capabilities. We're seeking a self-driven engineer who thrives in autonomous environments and can drive real business impact from day one. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs and a passion for creating the AI agents of the future, with the ability to design and build cloud systems from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Own all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, code reviews, and system design

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and build secure, scalable solutions that solve real problems from concept to deployment

• Build and deploy AI agents for SMS and voice applications, taking them from prototype to production to solve real customer and business challenges

• Design scalable, cost-effective solutions in a fast-moving environment

About You

• 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong Python, Node.js, React, and SQL skills

• Experience building or working with AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools)

• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - working autonomously, owning projects end-to-end, and making direct impact without bureaucracy

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with modern data and AI tools: dbt, LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph

• Background in building scalable AI/ML systems
