As a
Patient Experience Representative you will help us service patient questions and requests, handle patient escalations, and take our patient experience to the next level. You will be responsible for handling patient calls, texts, and emails. Our Patient Experience Team is responsible for speaking directly with patients and physicians and working closely with our city teams to deliver on our brand promise and ensure the needs of our patients are met.Your PT schedule will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5am-1pm EST
During training we would need a 1-2 week weekday commitment
The pay is $17/hr and non negotiable
