📋 Description

• Small team, high leverage: lead ~3 engineers; scale output with AI.
• Ship AI-assisted artifacts: prototypes, integration scaffolding, specs.
• Hybrid roles: engineers shape product; partners code with AI.
• Lead architecture, development, and rollout of Hotels CFAR APIs, merchandising, and UI SDK.
• Own partner integrations end-to-end: scope solutions, design patterns, collaborate with Sales.
• Drive foundation for scale: partner portal, configuration tooling, self-serve onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading eng teams building B2B/B2B2C platforms with external partners.
• Backend systems, orchestration, distributed systems; frontend SDKs.
• Direct experience as a partner-facing technical leader: solutioning calls, SLAs.
• Comfort with fintech, insurance-adjacent, or transactional products.
• Familiarity with travel distribution: booking engines, OTAs, PSS/inventory.
• Scala or Java, REST APIs, OAuth2.0, cloud infra (GCP/AWS); React/TypeScript.
