Support the team in day-to-day activities, remove blockers, and follow up as needed.
Ensure clear communication across teams for a shared understanding of design and processes.
Keep the team aligned on priorities to deliver milestones on time.
Lead and support individual contributors to help them achieve their goals.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in the video game industry
3+ years coordinating multidisciplinary game teams
1+ year managing individual contributors
Strong production planning, scheduling, project management
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Excellent bilingual French and English communication
