Manage end-to-end artwork development from initiation to release.
Liaise PMO, Regulatory, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and vendors.
Validate briefs for accuracy; resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
Oversee timelines and resource planning for multiple labeling projects.
Coordinate labeling content review/approval to ensure regulatory compliance.
Drive process improvements for artwork development, approvals, and digital tools.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Packaging Tech, or related field.
10+ years in labeling design, proofreading, coordination, and regulatory packaging.
Strong knowledge of global labeling and packaging regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on PLM and EAS: Agile, GLAMS, Loftware, Veraciti, Veeva.
Adobe Creative Suite expertise: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat.
