Who you are:
As a Product Operations Manager – Data, Tools & AI Enablement you will be responsible for empowering our Product teams with new, scalable capabilities in data, AI, and operational tooling. This role is a force multiplier, focused on streamlining the flow of information, managing the product tech stack, and ensuring data consistency to improve product decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
If you thrive on optimizing systems and are passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve organizational scaling challenges—we would love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
As a Product Operations Manager – Data, Tools & AI Enablement, you will champion operational efficiency and technical enablement. Your focus will be on designing and implementing scalable systems for data reporting, managing key product tools (e.g., Superset, request tracking), and establishing governance for emerging capabilities like an AI Center of Excellence. You will directly enable Product Management, Customer Experience, and Support teams to act faster and with higher fidelity data.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a detail-oriented, analytical self-starter with a deep understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence (BI) tooling, and system integrations. You are a skilled diplomat, capable of being the "connective tissue" between technical teams and customer-facing organizations.
How you'll make an impact:
- Eliminate friction in the product development lifecycle and defining the way the product organization works internally and externally.
- Design, implement, and govern the tooling ecosystem used for product request intake, tracking, and prioritization. This includes leveraging collaboration channels (e.g., Google Spaces, internal comms) to create an efficient and transparent idea management workflow.
- Act as the glue between Customer Experience, Support, and Product teams, streamlining processes for capturing and escalating critical operational feedback (e.g., bugs, high-impact component issues).
- Drive 100% consistency and alignment of product components and their status updates across internal systems (e.g., MyAdmin, Salesforce) to ensure accurate measurement and impact tracking.
- Standardize how product performance is measured and establish the foundation for advanced analytical capabilities powered by data and artificial intelligence.
- Establish robust systems and processes for collecting, aggregating, and ensuring a single source of truth for all product data. You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and enforcing data quality standards across product components.
- Define, build, and manage critical product reports and executive dashboards within our Business Intelligence (BI) platform (Superset), providing real-time, actionable visibility into product health, usage, and component-level impact.
- Lead the establishment of an internal AI CoE, defining best practices, governance, and the roadmap for integrating AI-driven insights and capabilities into the core product workflow.
- Incorporate feature flag monitoring, announcement, and governance into dashboards (Superset) to improve control and visibility over product rollout and experimentation.
- Manage the product management tech stack, with a primary focus on tools that enhance data accessibility, visualization (Superset), and overall team facilitation.
- Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and documentation (e.g., best practices for using Superset, data interpretation, AI implementation guidelines) to ensure the product organization can leverage these new capabilities independently.
- Define, maintain, and evangelize the Product Operating Model standards related to data access, tooling, and reporting hygiene for maximum efficiency across all teams.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 3-5 years of required previous experience in Product Operations, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a technically-focused Program Management role.
- Deep analytical fluency in querying languages (SQL, Python preferred) and significant experience designing and maintaining dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Looker).
- Demonstrated experience in streamlining and automating operational processes for product, engineering, or GTM teams.
- Familiarity with data structures and data consistency challenges in CRM/Support systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and best practices for alignment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and use influence, rather than authority, to drive standardization and adoption of new tools and data practices.
- Specific experience or strong interest in AI/ML governance and tooling for product development.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field—or equivalent work experience.
