  • Assess accounts and develop strategy to engage buying centers and accelerate deals
  • Use a solution-led approach to create value for new logo accounts
  • Identify and close quick wins while managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Own a defined UAE prospect list and target all critical stakeholders
  • Support transformation goals via partnerships, services, training, and Exec engagement
  • Build value throughout the sales process to guide negotiations

  • Strong new business development with a track record of closing quota in consumption-based SaaS/PaaS/IaaS
  • Experience navigating procurement frameworks and mechanisms
  • Background in Cloud software, open source technology, or Data and AI space
  • Experience driving adoption of usage-based SaaS and co-selling with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
  • Ability to identify key use cases and buying centers to expand Databricks value
  • Understanding land-and-expand and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling) and forecasting
