  • Manage and grow a select group of enterprise clients in HLS/CPG.
  • Build executive relationships to identify use cases and secure new business.
  • Provide value on Data, AI, and analytics to guide strategy and execution.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop expansion/consumption use cases within key accounts.
  • Orchestrate internal teams to maximise ecosystem impact.
  • Close deals with senior stakeholders, including C-level.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers in Switzerland.
  • Proven data/AI/Big Data and cloud solution sales experience.
  • Understanding of consumption-based pricing and expansion sales.
  • Evidence of creating demand with measurable business value.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Value Selling, forecasting.
  • Ability to build champions and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and managing partner strategies.
  • Understanding of use cases and buying centers to drive impact.
  • Fluent English and German.
