🎯 Requirements

- Strong Python programming; cloud/automation.
- Proficient with PostgreSQL and MySQL; DB-based apps.
- Linux CLI and Linux app development experience.
- AWS experience; familiarity with AWS services.
- Genomics data familiarity (FASTQ, BAM, VCF); Git workflows.
- IaC skills preferred: CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible; SDLC.
