Independently assess PA requests, scope changes, and execute with client contacts.
Manage a high volume of MACD opportunities with strong prioritization.
Perform configuration changes in Genesys Cloud, including IP development or integrations.
Deliver high-quality implementations with best practices and security/compliance.
Proactively communicate progress, risks, and completion status to stakeholders and clients.
Document changes clearly and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on production experience with Genesys Cloud.
GCP certification (Genesys Cloud Platform / Professional level or equivalent).
Independently scope and execute complex configuration changes.
Manage multiple concurrent MACD opportunities with minimal supervision.
Strong technical proficiency across Genesys Cloud core capabilities (routing, telephony, WFM, integrations, reporting).
Deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud platform architecture and administration.
