Role Summary

Genesis Global is looking for a Creative Enablement Specialist to equip Sales and Marketing with high-impact assets that accelerate conversations, influence buyers, and drive revenue. This is not a traditional design role.

You’ll sit at the intersection of storytelling, design, and sales enablement — creating scalable, conversion-ready collateral that makes our value proposition impossible to ignore.

You’ll own the creative backbone of our GTM motion: decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and campaign assets. You’ll also build repeatable frameworks and templates that let the team move faster without sacrificing quality. AI-native creativity and commercial impact will be your north star.

This role is about enabling outcomes, not just producing visuals. If you want to prove the power of creative to directly drive deals — and grow into owning and leading a brand’s visual identity — this is the place to do it.

Your Mission

To enable Sales and Marketing with compelling, scalable creative assets that directly influence pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and reinforce brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality sales enablement assets — decks, case studies, one-pagers, and campaign visuals — tailored to buyer needs.
  • Produce digital creatives for campaigns and always-on channels (LinkedIn, website graphics, email signatures, etc ).
  • Design event and field marketing support assets (signage, invitations, microsites).
  • Build scalable creative systems (templates, toolkits, frameworks) that accelerate asset delivery across the team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to translate complex solutions into simple, visual, and commercially powerful stories.
  • Lead intake and prioritization of creative requests, balancing speed with alignment to business goals.
  • Support ABM and campaign programs with bespoke creative that drives engagement and differentiation.
  • Use AI and creative automation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Gamma, Tome, Beautiful.ai, etc.) to scale design output without sacrificing quality.
  • Create videos and animations to support product storytelling and campaign engagement.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring every asset is consistent, credible, and conversion-ready.

  • Campaigns, ABM activations and digital channels are powered by sharp, differentiated visuals.
  • The creative process is scalable, with templates and frameworks that increase output 5x.
  • Assets are adopted widely across Sales and Marketing, becoming critical tools in GTM motions.
  • Brand consistency is visible across all external touchpoints.
  • Creative function delivers on accuracy, quality, and productivity, with measurable influence on deal progression and pipeline momentum.
  • You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are:

  • A creative storyteller who can simplify complexity into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Experienced in B2B design, creative marketing, or sales enablement (SaaS/fintech background a plus).
  • Hands-on with design tools (Adobe, Figma, Canva) and fluent in AI tools for scaling creative output.
  • Skilled in video and animation production (beyond light editing, but not full motion-graphics studio level).
  • Commercially minded — you know great creative is a revenue driver, not just brand polish.
  • Adaptable, feedback-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity with high accountability.
  • Fluent with AI and automation tools to scale production.
  • Excited by working in a lean, high-output, commercially accountable team.
