🎯 Requirements
- Active California CLS license (or CGMBS/generalist) meeting CLIA high-complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, physical, or clinical lab science.
- Minimum 4 years clinical lab experience, including molecular/high-complexity testing.
- Meets CLIA General Supervisor qualifications under 42 CFR 493.1461.
- Hands-on molecular biology skills: DNA extraction, PCR, liquid handlers.
- Strong knowledge of LIMS, quality systems, and lab documentation.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Excel, Word, and basic statistics.
