🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Self-starter energized by difficult problems.
- Strong analytical skills including SQL; can learn Salesforce, Snowflake, Sigma quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong business judgment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
