🎯 Requirements

  • Deep understanding of DEX/DeFi: AMMs, order books, liquidity pools, incentives.
  • Proven track record closing B2B partnerships with traders, funds, or institutions.
  • Experience designing incentive programs (fees, rebates, VIP tiers) and ROI measurement.
  • Strong network in crypto trading and communities; ability to influence across markets.
  • Data-driven with on-chain analytics; able to query Dune/Nansen and drive growth decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; excellent communicator; hands-on operator.
