π― Requirements
- 5β10+ years in growth, BD, or market expansion; crypto/DeFi/fintech preferred.
- Deep understanding of DEX/DeFi: AMMs, order books, liquidity pools, incentives.
- Proven track record closing B2B partnerships with traders, funds, or institutions.
- Experience designing incentive programs (fees, rebates, VIP tiers) and ROI measurement.
- Strong network in crypto trading and communities; ability to influence across markets.
- Data-driven with on-chain analytics; able to query Dune/Nansen and drive growth decisions.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; excellent communicator; hands-on operator.
