- 10+ years consulting, operational management or general management
- History of managing impactful projects with problem solving skills
- Data-driven decision making and strong analytical thinking
- Stellar networking skills and partnerships
- Strong track record of achieving goals and exceeding expectations
- Entrepreneurial DNA, commercial mindset, fearless attitude
- Experience in high-growth, high-impact projects
- MBA is a plus
- Fluency in English and Norwegian is a must
