🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in insurance, insurtech, proptech.
- Deep familiarity with manufactured housing operations or investments.
- Proven track record building a vertical to meaningful revenue (ideally $5M ARR).
- Strong knowledge of commercial property, tenant protection, or specialty underwriting.
- Comfort in startup-like environments with ambiguity and speed.
- Exceptional relationship-building and data-driven decision making.
