  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales.

  • 10+ years in fintech, marketplaces, loyalty, or consumer tech.
  • Proven experience owning a P&L or leading a GM-style unit.
  • Proven success building or scaling two-sided marketplaces or loyalty platforms.
  • Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, frequency).
  • Experience with merchant-funded promotions or retail media.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and financial acumen.
  • Experience with data analysis and/or software engineering.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
