šÆ Requirements
- 10+ years in fintech, marketplaces, loyalty, or consumer tech.
- Proven experience owning a P&L or leading a GM-style unit.
- Proven success building or scaling two-sided marketplaces or loyalty platforms.
- Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, frequency).
- Experience with merchant-funded promotions or retail media.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and financial acumen.
- Experience with data analysis and/or software engineering.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
