📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional facilitation and KPI ownership.
• Oversee SLA with ground-handling provider; audit and escalate.
• Maintain regulatory and brand accountability before authorities.
• Champion continuous improvement and customer focus.
• Coordinate with Inflight, Flight Ops and vendor teams.
• Support talent development and base communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years airline operations experience; 2+ years management preferred.
• Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) certification.
• Must reside within 60 minutes of the assigned airport.
• Strong decision-making in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
