General Manager

📋 Description

• Lead onsite operations for Culdesac Tempe and La Paloma.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, maintenance, retail, events, and amenities.
• Manage onsite team; hire, train, and retain staff.
• Maintain brand and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
• Manage vendors and contractors from negotiation to invoicing.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and emergency plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing day-to-day operations of a property and community.
• Experience leasing residential and retail, including pricing, marketing, and logistics.
• Experience managing vendors and a team of direct reports.
• Experience managing and promoting events.
• Knowledge of modern mobility technologies (Waymo, Lyft, ebikes).
• Strong understanding of ADRE, LTA, Fair Housing Act, and AZ Admin Codes.
