🎯 Requirements

5+ years of leadership with operational and financial accountability.
Strong mechanical knowledge of cooling tower systems and HVACR infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead field teams and scale service operations.
Experience with ERP/CRM platforms (Netsuite, Salesforce, Procore).
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Occasional travel to client sites and project locations.
