General Manager - AVL

📋 Description

• Lead base accountability across Inflight, Flight Ops, Maintenance, and vendors.
• Chair weekly KPI reviews; resolve blockers and improve on-time performance.
• Oversee SLAs with vendors; audit compliance; drive corrective actions.
• Represent Allegiant with FAA, TSA, and airport authorities.
• Audit training compliance and review training records monthly.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure contract alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' airline operations experience; 2+ years management experience preferred.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional operations preferred.
• Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) certification.
• Authorized to work in the US; must pass a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
