General Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow for a portfolio of properties; drive efficiency and quality.
• Develop owner relationships; be subject matter expert; ensure properties are clean and well cared for.
• Meet and maintain company standards and metrics such as NPS, unit appearance, efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio budget; adhere to annual costs; perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation rental preferred.
• 3-5 years in operations in this or similar industry.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a similar industry.
• Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently in a team.
• Comfortable talking to people and sharing information clearly.
