General Ledger Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a five-person Accounting Operations team; ensure deadlines.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage retailer AR reconciliations, deposits, and revenue reconciliations.
• Resolve vendor payments, invoice processing, and credit confirmations.
• Collaborate with senior management for external audits.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years General Ledger accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven leadership/supervisory role within accounting ops or finance.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote leadership.
