🎯 Requirements

- Direct ILC charter applications or de novo bank formation experience.
- BNPL/consumer fintech regulatory experience preferred.
- Strong ability to translate complex regulatory rules into actionable guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal comms; comfortable with Board/regulators.
