🎯 Requirements

J.D. from accredited law school; current bar membership.
8+ years of legal experience in healthcare, technology, or related fields.
Proven experience in contract negotiation, corporate law, and risk management.
Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and healthcare laws.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead CopilotIQ’s legal function as a strategic advisor.
