  • Align with global stakeholders on a multi-year GCC retailer pipeline.
  • Lead retailer outreach, proposals, negotiations, and onboarding plans.
  • Collaborate with Legal on contracts and country wholesale policies.
  • Manage retailer relationships; quarterly reviews on performance and assortment.
  • Own commercial strategy, retailer assortment, forecasts, and POS.
  • Track quarterly targets; report risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with brand teams to grow regional WHOOP membership.
  • Own internal communications on pipeline and launches.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales and market expansion.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred; other languages a plus.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or sports tech.
  • Experience across operations, trade compliance, and marketing.
  • Data-driven, operational and commercial mindset.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication.
  • Curious, collaborative, adaptable.
  • Self-starter and individual contributor from Day 1.
  • Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and technology.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% to retailers, trade shows, and WHOOP HQ.
