Build and motivate the team; develop rewards and recognition programs.
Lead HR analytics initiatives to boost performance and retention.
Provide HR support on complex issues to help scale the company.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
8+ years HR management experience in USA organizations with 50+ employees.
Experience managing European and Asian POPs.
Start-up experience is desired.
Experience in biotechnology/life-science industry is a plus.
Experience with Lattice, BambooHR, and Lever is a plus.
