🎯 Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s in engineering, math, or science
- Experience with J-STD-001 Class 2 or IPC-A-610 Class 2 hardware
- Experience with electrical tests (in-circuit and bed-of-nails) and full-assembly testing
- Proficient CAD skills for tooling design and iteration
- Proficient with ERP/MRP/MES and Windows
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
